Welcome to Propwel Memberships for Landlords. When our Landlords join Propwel Membership they get £5 off every month from there Management Service Fee’s as well as many rewards and benefits. It is easy to join just give us a call or email us and we will sign you up and provide you with your own unique Propwel Membership Number. The Fee for this membership is a one off Fee off just £50 (the fee will be deducted from your first months rent). You will be able to see this on your statement. This membership is only available for our Landlords that have signed up for a minimum 12 month contract. The membership is for 12 months and after the 12 months you will have to renew your membership and pay the membership fee again if you want to carry on with your membership for another year, no renewal fee needed. If you have more than one property on Management with us you will have to be have a new membership for every property you have with us.
