Our Fee's - 5% Of The Monthly Rent For Each Room

  • Erection of Let board outside property in accordance with Town & County regulations 2007
  • We can do viewings on your behalf and offer free key holding service

Our Fee's - 8% Of The Monthly Rent For Each Room

 

Everything in Our Full Management Service + the following below:

  1. A guaranteed rental income paid to you on time, every month. 
  2. You still get paid even if the sub-tenant pays us late or doesn’t pay us at all.
  3. You get paid on time even if the rent is not paid on time or even at all.  
  4. No set up fees, monthly commissions, or hidden extras.  
  5. No direct contact with the sub-tenant, everything is dealt with by Propwel.  No queries, questions, or complaints for you to deal with.
  6. A guaranteed contract start date – no void periods to worry about.
  7. If ever needed, we will cover the court costs and the eviction process whilst still paying you.
  8. We will carry out property inspections and maintenance management.  
  9. Internal condition guaranteed, subject to fair wear and tear, up to one and half months’ rent

  • Although we will not be responsible for our Landlords being Compliant with the Landlord Regulations we go out of our way to ensure that our Landlords know there legal duties and are complaint 

 

Rent Collection Service (Per Room)

Our Fee's - £5 Per Room 

 
  • We directly transfer you any rental money received without delay - we will always keep you informed whenever we transfer you any rent money so you are kept in the loop
  •  We monitor for and chase late payments automatically - we will keep you informed of the progress 
  • Our system allows to automatically know when a tenant is late paying rent or in any arrears, relax knowing your rent has been paid or chased 
  • Real time update on any rent payments on your dashboard 
  • Monthly Statements so our Landlords are aware of all the rents received and any outstanding payments due 
  • All our landlord rent payments are fully indemnified against any losses. Our Client Money Protection is designed to give you peace of mind.
  • Use our free in house Landlord/Tenant App to streamline with your tenants. Landlord and your Tenant can get the App free it’s on us
  • Save hours of admin work 
  • We deduct your monthly rent collection service fee from the rent received making it hassle and stress free for you (this will be shown in your statements)
